Living Well with Chronic Conditions Leader Training imageFree Living Well with Chronic Conditions Workshop (Snohomish Senior Center) 6 Mondays, February 25th, March 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, & April 1st from 9:30am-noon Snohomish Senior Center —East Room 506 Fourth Street Snohomish WA 98290.

This 6-week workshop, developed by Stanford University’s Patient Education Department, is designed to help individuals who have an ongoing condition (such as diabetes, asthma, heart disease, chronic pain, arthritis, and hypertension) improve the quality of their lives. Learn to reduce stress and frustration, manage symptoms, set weekly goals, problem-solve effectively, improve communication, relax, handle difficult emotions, eat well, and exercise safely. Family members, fiends, and caregivers can also participate. The 6-week workshop is FREE!! You will also receive the book “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions” free of charge.
