Tony Dao has been named hand therapy director at Integrated Rehabilitation Group. Cathy Keck Anderson, Teri Gobin and Merl Hoekstra have joined the board of directors of the Snohomish County Workforce Development Council. Anderson, is associate director for public affairs for Berlex Inc.; Gobin is a manager with the Tulalip Tribes, and Hoekstra is vice president of business development for Nanogen.

Kristin Thompson is a new associate attorney at Marsh Mundorf Pratt Sullivan + McKenzie of Mill Creek.

Gregg Herman has been appointed as aerospace group director, customer service with Crane Aerospace & Electronics.

Ryan Hanggi and Angela Trindle have each been promoted to manager at Hascal, Sjoholm & Company, P.S.

Garry Gim has joined Crown Distributing in Arlington as the Pan-Asian account manager. Gim is bilingual in Korean and English and brings 22 years in convenience store management experience to his position.

Katy Osmundson will join the Arlington Physical Therapy clinic as an athletic trainer.

John Kliewer has been promoted to corporate vice president at ICOS Corp. Previously, he served as general counsel and corporate secretary. ICOS CEO Paul Clark said the new position reflects the importance of Kliewer's business advice.

Drs. Steve Clancy and Scott Wykes are the new owners of Fountaingate Psychological and Family Services of Marysville.

Good deeds

Spotted Cow Ice Cream and Coffee Co. in Mill Creek donated 15 percent of all sales Saturday to help children affected by Hurricane Katrina and orphaned children in Malawi, Africa. The 15 percent of sales and any donations will be matched dollar for dollar. In addition, the Mill Creek business has created a Gulf Coast blend, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to hurricane relief.
