Mukilteo: $853 to Coastwide Laboratories of Wilsonville, Ore., for cleaning supplies. $1,096 to Life Assist Inc. of Rancho Cordova, Calif., for emergency medical services supplies. Snohomish: $1,000 to the Snohomish Senior Center for monthly operation fee. $599 to the Seattle Police Department for a ballistic vest. $1,418 to Steward and Associates of Snohomish for a critical-area environmental review.
