A-Rod's to-do list is waiting

The baseball playoffs resumed last night, with Colorado battling Arizona. Once again, Alex Rodriguez will be home for the World Series, but here are a few things he can do to pass the time, aside from getting spotted at another strip club or asking Derek Jeter to be BFFs again:

Decide what to do with his money: Michelle Singletary has some suggestions for where to put your rainy-day fund, such as a savings account or a CD. Of course, Alex could keep his rainy-day fund close at hand and wallpaper his house with $100 bills.

Pitch in around the house and install a low-flow toilet. Options include high-tech flushing and pressurized tanks. If A-Rod wants a gold-plated throne, he'll have to special order it.

A woman on the Colombian version of the show admitted hiring someone to kill her husband. It shouldn't be too hard on A-Rod. All he's ever killed are the Yankees' chances in the playoffs.
