WATCHMEN
We will not stand by in face of hate
We, the undersigned clergy and members of the Everett First Congregational United Church of Christ, most strongly denounce the policies and the Lynnwood meeting of the Watchmen on the Walls.
As God's children we cannot stand by quietly whilst hate mongering masquerading as a church of God spreads such ugly messages. We respect and have fought for this nation's First Amendment rights of freedom to worship, freedom of speech and freedom to peaceably assemble, but cannot and will not be quiet about the content of their messages.
