Bible debate gets us nowhere

Come on now, folks. We can debate the Bible until we are blue in the face. There is no way we will all agree on its passages and interpretations. That is an individual experience.

Where I object, however, is how we treat one another in the name of Christianity/religion. I doubt Jesus would tell anyone they are "wrong" and simply "tolerate them." My experience is that Jesus was a man who loved all, judged no one and spread a positive message of inclusion and peace. He was, indeed, a liberal thinker.

Be careful who you hate. It may be someone you love.
