Condemn the act, not the person
A number of people seem to believe that if Christians do not accept homosexuality, then they are a hate group. This is an unfair statement, as it is based on a false idea. It is true that Christians are told not to accept homosexuality by the Bible, yes, but it is the act we are against, not the people. It is possible to care for people without accepting their actions; Christians minister in prisons to people who have committed horrible crimes. We absolutely can condemn the action while accepting and caring for the person.
Please, do not spread falsehoods about Christianity such as "Christians hate homosexuals." While some Christians probably do, as a whole we accept the people, just not what they do. It is for God to judge their actions, not mortal man.
