Where to get your apples

Where to buy

Ed's Apples of rural Sultan occasionally sells fruit to grocery stores, but the best way to get Ed and Roxanne Husmann's apples now is to visit the farm by appointment.

Apples go for 50 cents a pound and free farm tours are available.

Call 360-793-1996 with orders or to schedule a visit or e-mail edsapples@verizon.net.

Jonagolds are in season until the end of the month and they are great for fresh eating and cooking. Spartan, Gala, Melrose and Fuji apples may also be available in small quantities. Gravensteins are sold out.
