Neighbors raise valid concerns

Is this Merle Ash for real? His comments don't amuse me in the least! We bought a new house one year ago on Larimer Road. No one disclosed to us that this was a critical area due to steep slopes and landslide hazards. The builder did not do the proper studies and now the hillside is visibly sliding down toward our home. The neighbors of the Glacier View project have raised some valid concerns and I hope the county does not ignore these concerns. I appreciate The Herald for exposing this consultant and I hope that the developers who have hired Ash will stand for decency and levelheadedness and dump him and Land Technologies.
