Snohomish Garden Club to meet

The next regular monthly meeting of the Snohomish Garden Club will be at 7 p.m. April 14 at Snohomish High School, 1316 Fifth St., Snohomish. The meeting is open to the public; there is a $5 fee for nonmembers.

The speaker is Seattle garden writer and organic gardener Willi Evans. She will talk about how to grow warm-season crops.

The mission of the Snoho­mish Garden Club is to stimulate knowledge and love of gardening and to aid in the protection of native trees, plants and birds. Meetings are on the second Monday of the month from September through May, and annual dues are $15 per person.
