$310 to Germania Seed Co. of Chicago for a city-sponsored flower program.

Everett: $82,500 to Snohomish County PUD for a 75-foot transmission pole and seven distribution poles for the Everett Riverfront project.

$93,400 to CNJA Architects of Everett for additional design work for a new animal shelter on Smith Island. The old animal shelter is being demolished to make room for the Everett Riverfront project.

$54,750 to Gibson Traffic Consultants of Everett for a traffic study of Broadway from 37th Street to Highway 526.
