Union's support of teacher is right on

I cannot even begin to tell you how elated I was to read the paper Friday morning. To see that finally someone has taken note of what is going on in the Everett School District concerning Superintendent Carol Whitehead and that possibly something might be done about her "dictatorship" philosophies on the treatment of her faculty. (Article, "Union backs Everett teacher fired over student newspaper.")

Thank you to the union for finally recognizing the Everett School District has some real problems and these problems don't all relate to those who teach.

My hat is off to anyone who has courage to stand up to those who try and break you down or use fear tactics to get their way. Be aware that many, many Everett School District citizens are behind you.
