John Bonner has joined Everett Community College as director of corporate training. He will lead the college's continuing education division, which includes providing customized training for business and industry. He has master's degrees in teaching and public administration.
Chuck Dodd has been appointed senior vice president of loans at Prime Pacific Bank, Lynnwood. Dodd, who joined Prime Pacific in 2004, previously served as vice president/commercial loan officer.
Rebekah McClain has been named doctor of physical therapy and certified strength and conditioning specialist at Integrated Rehabilitation Group in Everett. McClain received her doctorate in physical therapy in August from Belmont University.
Kathie Street of Bellingham has been named regional director of the McGruff Safe Kids Total Identification System franchise, which covers Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom counties.
Members of the Washington State Patrol's latest basic training class include Leon Legros, Rock Oliphant, Christopher Skagen, Matthew Sloan and Mark Ward, all assigned to Marysville; Daniel Shelby, assigned to Monroe; and Debra Shearer and Matt Prether, assigned to Silver Lake.

Mountain Pacific Bank will host its annual Document Destruction Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Everett Gateway Center, 3732 Broadway. Up to 50 pounds of documents may be shredded free of charge.
Everett Community College's cosmetology program is hosting a client appreciation day and open house from 1 to 5 p.m. April 30 at the program's Marysville site, located at 9315 State Ave., Suite G. Students will thank clients with complimentary services and retail specials, and demonstrations, refreshments and tours are planned. For more information, call 425-259-8283.
The University of Washington's Bothell campus computer and software systems speaker series concludes April 30 with a discussion on climate change, led by Pieter Tans, a the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration senior scientist. As part of Boeing Employees Community Service Day, more than 120 employees conducted a spring cleaning April 19 of Sherwood Community Services, a non-profit organization in Lake Stevens that provides services to children and adults with disabilities.
