Concerts: Nick Cave, Candlebox and Fergie

Plenty of shows are going on sale this week, with some presales already underway.
As always, the prices listed for each don't include service charges or other fees. And also as always, if you know of a presale password I don't, by all means, stick it in the comments section.
Here's what I've seen:
Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, at the Showbox SoDo, presale from 10 a.m. Thursday to 10 p.m. Friday, $40. Presale password is “showbox.” Tickets for the Sept. 23 show on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Saturday.
KISW Rock Girl Gala with Candlebox and Chevelle, at the Tacoma Dome, Tacoma, presale from right now to 10 p.m. Friday, $30. Presale password is “KISW.” Tickets for the June 4 show on sale to the general public at 11 a.m. Saturday.
Kid Rock, at the Puyallup Fair and Events Center, Puyallup, presale from now to 9 a.m. Saturday, $30 to $60. Sorry, no password. Tickets for the Sept. 10 show on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Fergie, at the Puyallup Fair and Events Center, Puyallup, presale from now to 9 a.m. Saturday, $29 to $79. Sorry, no password. Tickets for the Sept. 16 show on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Dave Stewart and His 30-Piece Rock Fabulous Orchestra, at the Moore Theatre, Seattle, presale from now to 10 p.m. Thursday, $45 to $55. Presale password is “sweetdreams.” Tickets for the Sept. 10 show on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Friday.

Islands, at Neumos, Seattle, $12. Tickets for the June 12 show on sale now.
Finally, also going on sale:
Mike Ness and His Band, at the Showbox at the Market, Seattle, $30. Tickets for the July 9 and 10 shows on sale 10 a.m. Saturday.
Theory of a Dead Man, at the Showbox SoDo, Seattle, $15. Tickets for the June 17 show on sale 10 a.m. Saturday.
