Rain postpones district baseball

All 12 District 1 baseball playoff games were rained out Saturday and have been rescheduled for Monday. All will have new start times. Some may have site changes as well.

Here's the revised lineup:

All four 4A District 1 games will begin at 4 p.m. There were no site changes as of Saturday evening. Edmonds-Woodway plays at Snohomish, Marysville-Pilchuck plays at Jackson, Shorewood plays Monroe at Marshall Field and Stanwood plays at Mountlake Terrace.

The 3A games scheduled at Sherman Anderson Field in Mt. Vernon will remain there. Arlington plays Meadowdale at 4 p.m. followed by Lynnwood vs. Mt. Vernon at 6:30.

The 3A games scheduled for Joe Martin Stadium in Bellingham may be moved to Shorecrest High School. As of Saturday evening, the Bellingham Parks Department could not confirm the availability of Martin Stadium. The Sedro-Woolley vs. Everett game is set to begin at 4 p.m. followed by the Shorecrest vs. Ferndale game at 6:30 p.m.

The 2A playoffs will remain in Anacortes but have new start times. At Daniels Field, Archbishop Murphy plays Burlington-Edison at 3 p.m. and South Whidbey plays Lakewood at 6 p.m. At Volunteer Park, Lynden plays Cedarcrest at 2 p.m. and Bellingham plays Sehome at 5 p.m.
