Commissioners are scheduled to vote on a resolution that would allow the general manager and treasurer shop for insurance from various providers. Snohomish County Council, 10:30 a.m. today, eighth floor council chambers of the Drewel Administration Building, 3000 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. The council has scheduled a briefing by federal lobbyists and considers proposed county park project contracts.
