ELLENSBURG -- Road rage may have been the motive for a shooting on I-90 near Snoqualmie Pass, according to Washington State Patrol spokesman Rich Magnusson.
Three shots were fired from one car into another Sunday night, and a 3-year-old girl was cut by flying glass.
Troopers say the occupants of the cars did not know each other. Troopers jailed a Tacoma man and Malaga woman in Ellensburg for investigation of assault.
