Emirates steams up the skies with A380

Airbus, Emirates prepare for A380 delivery

Posted at 11:51 am by Michelle Dunlop

Airbus is getting ready for its first A380 delivery to Emirates next week.

The European jet maker has launched a Web page with video, photos and press statements about Emirates’ first A380 jet. Airbus already has delivered five A380s to Singapore Airlines after several delays.

To mark the delivery of its first superjumbo jet, Emirates has released several advertisements playing up the luxurious offerings on its A380, including in-flight showers.

The steamy ads definitely put a new spin on the old mile-high club.
