Bumbershoot adds Death Cab for Cutie

The 38th annual Bumbershoot: Seattle's Music & Arts Festival has announced the full 2008 lineup.

The three-day event takes place Labor Day weekend, Aug. 30 to Sept. 1, at Seattle Center.

The festival features an array of arts including live music, comedy, theater, dance, film, urban crafts, literary arts and visual arts.

Death Cab For Cutie and Superchunk lead the groups recently added to complete the lineup, which already had included Beck, Stone Temple Pilots, T.I., The Offspring, Keyshia Cole, Lucinda Williams and Neko Case.

Three-day festival passes are available at www.bumbershoot.org for $80 now through Aug. 15, and for $100 thereafter. Single day-specific tickets are available at www.bumbershoot.org, Ticketmaster outlets or by calling 206-628-0888 -- and beginning Aug. 2, at Starbucks shops. Single day-specific tickets are $35 through Aug. 15, and $40 thereafter.
