FIRE/EMS LEVY

Services are vital to North County

As your local firefighters and paramedics with North County Fire/EMS, we would like to bring to everyone's attention the North County Regional Fire Authority Proposition 1, which is to be voted on Aug. 19.

This is a critical levy renewal that helps protect and continue our vital emergency medical services in our great communities. This EMS service protects and serves the local communities of Bryant, Freeborn, Sunday Lake, Kayak, McKee's Beach, Lake Ketchum, Grandview, Kackman, Lake Armstrong, Warm Beach and the greater North Snohomish County area. This will help maintain your locally based paramedics, keep the costs of transports down and improve efficiency of the level of services delivered.

We would also like to assure everyone who depends on these services that North County Fire/EMS continues to work hard while maintaining the highest standards. Our dedicated men and women feel privileged to serve every day as guardians of our great communities to ensure your families' safety. We hope that the communities feel proud of our efforts, knowing that if an emergency arises, you will be cared for in the most professional manner.

We would like to ask you to continue your support and help protect our level of Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Please remember to vote yes on North County Regional Fire Authority Proposition 1 on Aug. 19.

Thanks again for all your support.

Christian Davis, president
North County Fire Fighters IAFF Local 4118
