Much ado about nothing

The play's the thing: Archaeologists have unearthed what they believe is the site of one of the London theaters that William Shakespeare used in the 1590s.

The angled walls offered a clue, but what really convinced them was the discovery of a trailer for "Romeo and Juliet 2: Electric Boogaloo."

Out, damned spot: Ford and GM are racing to offer blind-spot mirrors on select 2009 vehicles.

So, while Toyota was wasting time on that goofy hybrid engine thing, engineers for Ford and GM were hard at work developing something that's been available at your local auto parts store for years.

What a piece of work is a man: A mail carrier in Lacey wants the U.S. Postal Service to allow him to wear a kilt as part of his official uniform.

Fine, but we draw the line for kilts at roofers, telephone line workers and window washers.

Cowards die many times before their deaths: Police arrested eight members of a Christian biker gang after a brawl ended in the stabbing of a Hells Angels biker.

Who knew that the first round of the apocalypse would be fought in a bar in California?
