Former Edmonds resident Donna Wilson has been awarded a doctorate in higher education policy at the University of Massachusetts.



Edmonds resident Angela Ma recently graduated magna cum laude from Lake Forest College (Illinois) with a bachelor of arts degree in music. Ma was elected into Phi Beta Kappa for superior academic achievement.
