  • The hotel features two Asian-themed suites.


  • Each shower in the hotel rooms has three shower heads.


  • The hotel has four elevators for guests and two for staff service.


  • The hotel is 12 stories for a height of 147 feet.


  • The T-Spa day spa has 16 treatment rooms, making it one of the state's largest.


  • The three welcome poles in the hotel's lobby reach 24 feet into the air. One of the poles took about 14 months to carve and finish.


  • 24-hour Cedars Cafe seats up to 210 diners.


  • During the hotel's first months, up to 40 percent of nightly guests have come from Canada.


  • $45 buys a basic manicure at T-Spa. Standard massages cost $110. .

  • The flat-panel TVs in each room have 47-inch screens.


  • The average occupancy rate during the hotel's first months has been above 80 percent.


  • Room rates start at $186 a night per couple and range up to $5,000 for the largest suite.
