Three-car accident on Camano Island injures 2 people
CAMANO ISLAND -- Two people were hospitalized as a result of a three-car crash Wednesday morning.
The accident occurred about 11 a.m. at E. Short Road and SE Camano Drive, according to a Washington State Patrol press release.
One of the vehicles, a minivan, stopped when a vehicle in front of it was making a U-turn. A third vehicle, a pickup truck towing a horse trailer, struck the minivan and went into a ditch, Washington State Patrol press release said.
Police are investigating whether speed was a factor.
