College Football | Washington small schools

Eastern Washington 52, Western Washington 31: At Cheney, quarterback Matt Nichols threw for three touchdowns and running backs Tyler Hart and Dale Morris each scored two in the Eagles victory over the Vikings.

Central Washington 48, Humboldt St. 10: At Ellensburg, Mike Reilly threw for 311 yards, completing 23 of 40 passes, to break the 10,000-yard passing plateau for his career as the Wildcats (4-0, 3-0 GNAC) routed the Lumberjacks (1-3, 0-2 GNAC). Reilly joins Jon Kitna as the only Wildcats in school history to accomplish that feat. He has 10,013 passing yards and 11,053 yards of total offense in his career. It was that Reilly broke the 300-yard passing mark in a game for the 11th time in his career, the third-highest total in school history.

University of Puget Sound 34, Claremont 28 (3 OT): At Tacoma, Casey Larson, a Coupeville Highn alum, scored from four yards out on a third-and-goal in the third overtime to give the Loggers (2-0) the win over the Stags (1-1).
