BOEING
Lost money could go toward benefits
I have a question for the Boeing Co.: If you are losing up to $100 million a day, up to $1 billion at this point in the strike, why wouldn't you instead put that huge amount of money toward health care, pensions, the rising cost of gasoline and groceries, and other demands by the Machinists' union members?
It seems an enormous waste when the workers standing outside your gates just want the benefits they have earned ... so they can maintain a reasonable standard of living for their families, and a well-earned retirement.
