Reader poll of the week

Posted at 8:29 am by Nick Patterson

This week I want to do a little "what if" thinking. With the departure of Matt Ius and the trade of Jeff Regier, there are currently just 10 players remaining on Everett's roster who were full-time members of the team last season. That means 14 are gone. Some are graduated overagers, some joined NHL organizations, some weren't invited back. But several left of their own volition.

So let's consider the players who left by their own choice. These are players who could have returned and been contributors on this season's team, but for whatever reason decided they were better off elsewhere. Everett's been about a .500 team so far this season. With any or all of those players that winning percentage may be different. And I'm sure that most fans have a particular player they wish was still with the team.

So I want to know who you'd want back. Feel free to explain your choice in the comments section, and I'll be happy to give my own take on your analysis.
