Rick Steves' Europe Through the Back Door hosts free travel classes from 10 to 11:30 a.m. (unless otherwise noted) most Saturdays at the Edmonds Theater, 415 Main St., Edmonds.
  • Holiday Travel in the Alps with Dave Hoerlein, 6 p.m. Dec. 4.
  • Italy with Julie Coen, Dec. 6.
  • Travel Agent 101 with Elizabeth Holmes, 12 to 1:30 p.m. Dec. 6.
  • What's New in Europe for 2009 with Rick Steves, 6 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 11.
  • London with Lauren Mills, Dec. 13.
  • Beginning German for Travelers with Gretchen Strauch, 12 to 1:30 p.m. Dec. 13.
