Concert presale for Indigo Girls; Devotchka on sale today

Posted at 8:59 am

Apparently, Black Friday turns concert promoters off of selling tickets.

Today, Devotchka tickets go on sale. On Monday, Indigo Girls tickets go on sale (though a presale for that show starts this weekend.) In between, I can’t find a single thing worth mentioning.

Am I wrong here? If you know of a good show going on sale this weekend, toss the info in the comments section. Otherwise, here’s what's going on:

  • The Indigo Girls, at Edmonds Center for the Arts, presale from 10 a.m. Saturday to 10 p.m. Sunday, $50 to $55. Presale is available only through the Edmonds Center for the Arts. Password is “edmonds.” Tickets for the May 8 and 9 shows on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Monday.

  • Also going on sale:

  • Devotchka, at Showbox at the Market, $20. Tickets for the Dec. 30 show — not to be confused with their New Year's Eve show in Seattle — go on sale at 10 a.m. today.
