Marysville: An agreement to pay approximately $7,200 to Snoho­mish County for maintenance and repair services from Jan. 22 through Dec. 31, 2009. $531.58 in additional funds to Gary Harper Construction Inc. of Snohomish for extra work on repairs to the Edward Springs Well. Monroe: $968 to NorthStar Chemical of Sherwood, Ore., for a scrubber chemical. $780 to Wolfkill Feed and Fertilizer of Monroe for seed and fertilizer. $5,165 to Landau Associates Inc. of Edmonds for a professional archaeology report.
