Seattle Storm re-signs G Tanisha Wright

SEATTLE -- The Seattle Storm re-signed guard Tanisha Wright, bringing back the versatile guard who had the best season of her career a year ago.

The team did not release terms of the deal announced Wednesday.

Wright started 14 of 34 games for Seattle last year and averaged 7.9 points and 2.5 assists. In the playoffs, she averaged 13.7 points, but Seattle lost in the first round of the postseason for the fourth straight season.

Wright was Seattle's first-round pick in the 2005 draft.

Also, the Storm added Kimberly Beck and Meadowdale High School graudate Kristen O'Neill to the training camp roster. Both played for the Storm last season.
