Reunion Theater Group's hit comedy hits the road, heading for Snohomish
Encore: Coming off two standing-room only performances in Everett, the Reunion Theater Group is taking its hit comedy show on the road and heading east.
"Southern Hospitality" is a hilarious hoot about the Futrelle sisters, who join together and try to save their small Texas town of Fayro, a town that "may not be the end of the Earth, but you can sure see it from there." The comedy ensues as the children run amok, husbands try to regain their youth and the town festival is only four days away.
Show times for "Southern Hospitality" are 2 and 8 p.m. Saturday and 2 and 7 p.m. Sunday at Thumbnail Theater, 1211 Fourth St., Snohomish. Tickets are $11 for adults and $9 for seniors and students. The theater seats about 100, so reservations are recommended. Advance tickets can be bought through www.brownpapertickets.com or by calling 800-838-3006.
The show includes a guest appearance by Thumbnail Theater proprietor Tim Noah.
This new comedy by Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope and Jamie Wooten was performed eight times in Everett to turn-away audiences, so if you missed that production, here's another chance to catch the comedy.
