Museum is all smiles this month

Imagine Children's Museum celebrates Dental Health month with a mouthful of toothsome activities.

On Friday, kids can color posters advocating healthy teeth and healthful foods and then cut them into puzzle pieces.

On Feb. 20, youngsters can decorate posters with decorative paper or foil. That night come on in for a Friday Night Live "Toothapalooza." Admission is free from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Sit in a dentist's chair; practice plaque removal using a toothbrush and a hard-boiled egg; and smear tiles with honey and other stuff and try removing the mess with toothbrushes.

On Feb. 27, kids can paint posters with toothpaste.

Imagine Children's Museum is at 1502 Wall St. in Everett. Find details at 425-258-1006 and www.imaginecm.org. Admission is $7 for anybody older than 1 year.
