Now, the Timberwolves will have an opportunity to avenge that upset. Jackson beat Marysville-Pilchuck 55-49 Wednesday in a loser-out game, earning a rematch with first-round foe Oak Harbor in Friday's winner-to-state, loser-out third-place game. "We are relieved to move on, we are going to have a rematch with Oak Harbor, and our girls are excited to redeem themselves," Jackson head coach Jeannie Thompson said. Oak Harbor beat the Jackson 52-51 on a last second shot Feb. 18. M-P was able to take a 41-40 lead towards end of the third period, but Jackson reacted with a zone defense in the fourth.
