    Blessed with decent weather and a collection of gifted, motivated athletes, the 2009 Larry Eason Invitational track and field meet was a memorable competition. In case you missed them, here are stories about the top performers, including several local standouts.

    I saved my Eason Invite program. It has a list of the athletes of the meet from 1990 to 2007. (The meet was canceled last year.) Here is an updated athlete of the meet list, including this year’s four winners.
