Community Extra: Little kids write some big checks

  • Preschool students at Holy Rosary School in Edmonds raised $100 selling lemonade for three local charities including Habitat for Humanity of Snohomish County. Students discussed money and its importance for shelter, food and clothing. The shelter part of their donation will be used by Habitat for a four-home development on Broadway in Everett.
