Humming along

With six you get eggroll: A Chinese maker of heavy equipment has taken Hummer off the hands of General Motors, tentatively agreeing to buy the Hummer brand of SUVs and trucks, the smallest of which gets about 15 miles per gallon.

Now, they just have to find someone willing to buy the behemoth SUV itself.

---

OK, I guess there are two Hummer customers: Octuplet mom Nadya Suleman is sniping back at Kate Gosselin, one-tenth of the TLC show "Jon & Kate Plus 8." After Gosselin questioned Suleman's ability to raise 14 kids without a husband, Suleman made a snide remark about the Gosselins' marital problems.

Here's our pitch for a new reality show: Once the Gosselins divorce, move both moms, all 22 kids and a wisecracking housekeeper named Alice into one house.

Dream on. And on. And on: For a $250 donation, the Future of Flight center at Paine Field is offering a prime viewing spot on its deck to watch the first test flight of Boeing's 787.

Boeing, however, is being tight-lipped about when exactly that flight might be. We figure you can make your donation in monthly installments of $25 and still make it.
