The Washington state Department of Transportation plans to discuss upgrades on the road between Monroe and Gold Bar. Officials are inviting property owners to stop by and learn about how the changes could affect them. More information for the project is at www. wsdot.wa.gov/projects/US2/SafetyImprovements.
