Seahawks head coach Jim Mora talks with players as they stretch during a minicamp practice on June 12 at team headquarters in Renton.

Starting in August, Seahawks fans will be able to see their team practice at the team's Renton headquarters.

Between Aug. 3 and Aug. 20, 14 training camp practices at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center will be open, but fans must register through seahawks.com to attend. Registration begins at 10 a.m. on July 16, and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There will be no public parking at the VMAC, but bus transportation will be provided for $5 per person.

Busses will run from the Landing Shopping Center in Renton, which will serve as the parking and transportation center. Fans will receive transportation transfers and training camp passes upon check-in at the Seahawks Training Camp Guest Services location, located on the south end of the shopping center at 915 North Landing Way, which is near Target and Fry's.

Practice times, bus schedules and maps will be available on seahawks.com at the time of registration.
The team will also host open practices at the University of Washington on August 7 and August 18. Those practices will be free, but regular UW parking rates apply.
