Work resumes on Sea-Tac rental car garage
Associated Press
SEATAC -- The Port of Seattle is resuming construction on a $419 million rental car garage at Sea-Tac Airport.
Construction was halted in December when the port couldn't find investors to buy bonds for the project.
The port recently sold $317 million in bonds and voted Tuesday to resume work. The 5,400-car garage is scheduled to open in 2012.
