Woman burned in Potlatch house fire

POTLATCH -- Rescuers pulled a trapped woman from a burning mobile home near Potlatch, north of Shelton.

The Mason County sheriff's office says the fire broke out about 5 a.m. today on the Skokomish Indian Reservation.

Officials say the woman had a head injury and burns over 70 percent of her body. She was flown to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

Five others inside the home made it out safely and were taken to Mason General Hospital with minor injuries.

Highway 101 was closed for a time for the emergency response.
