Search for missing McCleary girl tapering off

McCLEARY — After nearly a week the search for a missing McCleary girl is tapering off.

Grays Harbor County Undersheriff Rick Scott say investigators are reviewing the case. They still would like to talk to anyone who may have seen anything unusual in McCleary between 9 and 10 p.m. Friday when Lindsey Baum was walking home from a friend’s house.

Scott also is urging people to report any unusual behavior that might point to an abductor, such as suddenly cutting or dyeing hair, an unexplained absence from work or cuts or bruises on the arms and face.

Lindsey is 4 foot-9, 80 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a light blue hooded pullover shirt and blue jeans.
