Paul Stocker served the people of Snohomish County in the state Legislature for four terms in the 1950s.
Now, the 85-year-old Mill Creek attorney is helping the indigenous people of Bougainville Island in the South Pacific in their court battle against a British mining company, Rio Tinto.
