OK, hold the mayo: Consumer Reports has tested the french fries at the nation's three largest fast-food joints, now that all three are using trans fat-free oil. Wendy's fries earned the top rating of "very good."

So that meal of a Wendy's Triple with cheese, large fries and a medium Frosty will only set you back 1,920 calories and 96 grams of fat but only 4 grams of trans fatty acids, mostly from the burger. Your doctor will be so proud.
