Everett police arrest bank robbery suspect

EVERETT -- Police recognized their bank robbery suspect from his acne-scarred face, court papers said.

The man, who court papers allege held up at least three banks since mid-May, was arrested on drug charges Saturday at the Tulalip Casino.

Investigators said video surveillance and witnesses led police to a Monroe man, 46, according to a police affidavit filed Monday in Everett District Court.

The case was investigated by Everett police and the FBI.

The man was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for investigation of drug crimes and several counts of first-degree robbery.
