Legal fight continues on sale of "morning after" pill

Those opposed to selling the so-called "morning-after" birth control pill lost a round in court Wednesday but there are more rounds ahead.

A three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals concluded a federal judge in Tacoma went too far in issuing a decision that has blocked implementation of the rules.
