By

Herald Writer
BARING -- Troopers were racing to the scene of a serious two-car collision on U.S. 2 near Baring.
At least one person was expected to be taken by helicopter to a Seattle trauma center, Washington State Patrol trooper Keith Leary said.
The crash occurred around 10:30 a.m. in front of the Baring store, he said.
People should expect delays through the area.
