Officials believe the man is injured, Snohomish County sheriff’s spokeswoman Rebecca Hover said. It wasn’t immediately clear the extent of the man’s injuries or how long he’d been stuck down the road. The crash is along Forest Service Road 4060 near the Big Four Ice Caves, Hover said.
