Obama feels your pain, Glenn:Herald Columnist Julie Muhlstein is correcting the record: Fox News personality Glenn Beck wasn't born in Mount Vernon; he was born here in Everett. At least that's what the birth announcements in the Feb. 11, 1964, Everett Herald seem to indicate.
The Buzz doesn't mean to imply that Beck is lying about having been born in Everett, but he could solve the problem and make the birthers, you know, back off by simply showing us his long-form birth certificate.

Seems only fair: The Everett City Council made changes Wednesday to its lewd conduct ordinance to see if it could rein in some of the more outrageous behavior spotted at some bikini barista espresso stands.
Our suggestion: If a coffee stand owner, particularly a man over 50, wants to require his female employees to wear only pasties and thong underwear on the job, then the owner must model the company uniform on the ice during halftime at an Everett Silvertips game.

Opponents of same-sex marriage objected to the judge's decision, claiming it violated the sanctity of divorce.
