Whidbey Island crash sends man to hospital
A crash on Whidbey Island on Friday night sent a Seattle man to the hospital.
The accident happened about 5:40 p.m. near the intersection of State Route 525 and Crawford Road, according to a Washington State Patrol press memo.
The driver of a Jeep Cherokee was making a left turn when the driver of a Dodge Caravan slammed into the other vehicle, the press memo said.
The injured man, 23, was the passenger in the minivan. No one else was injured.
Troopers are investigating if any charges will be filed.
